Trip in Russia,

september 2010.

« 3 month ago, the boss to AHD told me about a race in Russia. « Loic you want go make this race ! »,

«Yes for sûre… ».

It’s not easy to get on Dolzanka, I had to take 3 planes. And it took about 24 hours to get there. But when I ‘m arrived in Rostov i met Boris and Micha. They picked me up and I found this very nice.

I arrived in Dolzanka at 4h am, I did not know were I appeared.

The first morning,, Whaou, Where I am, I am in the désert Russia, Sun, wind, but cold, my god.

After my first Breakfast very différent to my french breakfast, I go prepare my équipement for my first session on this secret spot.

 

 

The payage is just crazy, the strip of sand that extends north west is really beautiful.

Really, my vision of Russia is very different now, before this trip, we see the russia all the time with snow, very cold, big city, a lot of pollution, but Dolzanka is not all the russia probably.

And here, I’m on the Virgin spot or the nature always has its the place.Let's go on the water, short training with Boris and Nicolay, the spot is very similaire at Gruissan (spot in the south in France).

Flat water, good wind, the race will be awesome.

The russian people was really friendly with me, during the registration, I meet many people, all the windsurfer help me to write my paper registration.

 

 

The first race started and it’s the moment to see the level and if I have a good speed.

The start is crazy but I’m Lucky man, I take a good start, I see rapidly 2 guys very fast, Cergai 200 and Dimaitri Urk 2, I finish 3 and it’s good, in the top 10 the guys is very fast and I'm not allowed to make mistakes.

In all the races, I was beat with Sergey, Dimatri, Nicolay, Bory …..

 

After the races, was Sauna, Yoga, meeting and laugh all the time with my little group of friends.

I spent some really gréât moment, I was to Miami, Italia, Poland, and Germany. I meet all the time of peoples very intersting and very friendly.

And how can we not talk about Olga and Gena, they invited me to come and discover this country and to meet you, you my friends of russia.

They were so perfect with me really, thank you for everythink, thank you GS-Sport and thank you AHD.

 

 

I finished 3-rd on that racing, but the result is not most important, the most important for me, it’s this aventure, this trip and all this relationship.

I hope come back in two years. See you again.
